First Center Employee Training Database
This database desinged for First Center, a customer service call center, to be used to track the hundreds of employees and what client/projects they have been trained on and can work. Currently, First Center does not have an automated system for tracking eligible employees when needed for a project. This is all accomplished via a combination of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, whiteboards, and thosands of pages of files/paper. Ideally, First Center would be able to use this database to track what projects employees are currently working on, what projects they are eligible to work on, and any future adjustments needed. Future enhancements to this database, like integration with other internal databases like Human Resources, Marketing, etc.), scheduling, electronic training would continue to improve the current process.
